Recognize Rise and Empower Association (RREA)
RREA employs a dual pronged approach wherein children have opportunities to learn both inside and outside the classroom. The first aspect of its approach is an early literacy program intended towards supporting children to achieve basic learning levels in Math, Language and Science. This is done through our initiative called “TEACH FOR NORTHEAST” which is a 2-year teaching fellowship program intended to put children on a transformational learning path in schools, while growing as leaders invested in education and development of the North East. The second aspect of our approach is ‘Sports for Social Development’. This initiative tries to provide children with an atmosphere of inclusive education wherein they feel the need to attend school regularly.

Samridhdhi
Samridhdhi Trust is a Bangalore-based NGO striving for more than 10 years to tackle the problem of out-of-school children; more specifically pertaining to children of migrant workers. The economic attractiveness of big cities such as Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai or Delhi NCR has led thousands of families to migrate to these cities at the expense of their children’s education. Those children aren’t just missing years of education; some of them have never set foot in school before. This situation needs to change if the country wants to stop suffering from the problem of illiteracy and unemployment, as some of them even get involved in undesirable activities.
