The organization over the past twenty-five years has integrated children with hearing loss in the mainstream education system. The organization’s flagship project school has grown exponentially over the years and has been enrolling students not only from its locality, but also from all over the state and the country. The organization is providing education to about 650 children with disabilities, through its five centers in Hyderabad. Under the supervision and constant care of the faculty and staff, the students of class X have performed admirably in Secondary Board Examinations. The organization’s commitment to provide quality special education to children with profound hearing loss has remained resolute, starting from its inception. The school makes sure the children attending the schools are provided with a conducive environment to develop and are prepared for the mainstream world.

The organization has started skill development for youth in Multimedia and Computer animation in 2010. The skill training in Multimedia and Computer animation has been helping many hearing impaired youth to be independent and contributing members of the family.

The early intervention centers have been doing yeomen’s services since 2015, helping children with hearing loss below the age of 5 years become a beacon of hope to many parents who had little hope of their children ever being able to speak a single word. The organization collaborated with 4 government schools to provide inclusive education to children with hearing loss, along with other hearing children in 2015.

The multidisciplinary center started in the year 2016 has come as a ray of hope for many parents who could not have dreamt of having access to such quality facilities for their children. About 70 children avail therapies from professional therapists at the multidisciplinary center.

The focus of the organization over the years has been to implement programs for people with disability across health, education and skill development by providing interventions in the areas of special education, speech and language, auditory skills, and pre-vocational Skills.
