Rajesh Sahay

Rajesh is the Global Head of Human Resources, Wipro Consumer Care and Lightning.

He joined Wipro Consumer in 2010. Before this, he was in UBS, a Swiss Bank, as Head of HR for their offshore Captive Centre in Hyderabad. Before that, he was with Wipro Technologies leading the Talent Engagement and Strategic Resourcing for Enterprise Solutions Business. He was also with The Arvind Mills Ltd, a textile and Apparel Company that has built the largest Greenfield integrated textile mill in Asia.

Rajesh began his career in 1990 with National Thermal Power Corporation, a Government of India enterprise. He was involved in two acquisitions and has been actively involved in seven M & A deals on the buy and sell-side across multiple countries.

He is a trained Black Belt in Six Sigma methodologies and a certified evaluator of Hays/Belbin and PAPI methodologies. He is also a trained Master Coach. He spends time in Training and Leadership Development programs and is a regular speaker at management colleges.

Rajesh is an alumnus of Xavier Institute of Social Sciences.
