The program focuses on critical issues like school enrolments, nutritional support, counseling services for parents, and remedial education. Children part of this program come from some of the most disadvantaged communities, including urban slums, HIV infected families, migrant workers, street children, and Children with Disabilities.
Program Goals:
- Enabling access to formal education for children from underserved communities through the public education system
- Supporting non-formal education needs of children from underserved communities
- Encouraging the demand for education in families of first-generation school-goers
Nearly 70,000 children benefit from our 23 education projects in eight states.
